Congratulations to Rowing South Australia Coach of the Year - Stephanie Turnbull
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Stephanie Turnbull, our Rowing Program Coordinator, Coach and valued Learning Support team member, who has been named Joint 2024/25 Rowing South Australia Coach of the Year!
Stephanie was nominated by the Renmark Rowing Club in recognition of her dedication and vision in establishing and growing a successful school rowing program right here in regional South Australia. From humble beginnings, Steph has worked tirelessly to create meaningful opportunities for our students - developing not only skilled athletes but also mentoring future coaches.
Now in its third season, the St Francis of Assisi College Rowing Program continues to go from strength to strength. This year, we proudly saw our crews compete in State Championship finals - an outstanding achievement for such a young program.
Stephanie’s leadership, passion and commitment make a lasting impact across both our College and wider rowing community. We thank her for everything she brings to our students and our school.
Congratulations, Steph – a truly well-deserved honour!
